Clarification – Discerning God’s dream and desire for your ministry and life. Reflection questions: How will “ministry” look like in five years? What will be our picture of success?

Identification – Defining your leadership sweet spot so you do what you were designed to do. Reflection question: How has God shaped me to serve and lead?

Collaboration – Depending on your personal board of advisors to make sure your vision and mission align with God’s Word. Reflection question: Who can help me?

Implementation – Designing an action plan for your ministry to maximize all God has entrusted you with. Reflection question: How will we reach our vision?

Collection – Detailing the ministries that you have to offer your membership. Reflection question: What ministries do we have or need?

Categorization – Deciding who you will invite into ministry by determining how you categorize your opportunities. Reflection question: Who will we invite to serve with us?

Communication – Delivering an inviting invitation to your members. Reflection question: How will we invite them?

Connection – Determining how you will greet and connect your members into ministry once they accept your invitation. Reflection question: How will we make sure they get placed into ministry?

Conversation – Deepening your relationship with your members by valuing their time and commitment to serve. Reflection question: How will we help them enjoy their service to the Lord?

Education – Discovering their S.H.A.P.E. for service so they can maximzie who God has made them to be. Reflection question: How will we teach S.H.A.P.E. ministry to our members?

Personalization – Directing their S.H.A.P.E. into the right area of service. Reflection question: How will we help them find the right fit in ministry?     

Cultivation – Developing their S.H.A.P.E. for service and leadership. Reflection question: How will we train/equip our lay ministers to maximize their S.H.A.P.E.?

Celebration – Demonstrating appreciation and gratitude for your members’ service to God. Reflection question: How will we appreciate and celebrate our volunteers?

Mobilization – Deploying their S.H.A.P.E. into every area of life. Reflection question: How will we empower our members to maximize their God-given S.H.A.P.E. every day and in every area of their life?
